Shelldon Tortellini
Meet the Cutest Member of the Burlington Library Family!
Shelldon Tortellini is a Russian tortoise who officially joined the Burlington Library family on April 18th, 2024. At the time of his adoption, Shelldon was approximately 15 years old. Since then, he has quickly become a beloved favorite among both staff and patrons.
Shelldon enjoys spending time out of his habitat visiting with library guests and is always happy to greet curious readers. One of his favorite activities is “spa day”, where he relaxes in a warm water soak and enjoys a gentle scrub with a tooth brush.
