Gale Courses Online - Free!   

Gale Courses offers a wide range of highly interactive, instructor led courses that you can take entirely online.

 As a citizen of Racine or Walworth County, WI, you are entitled to these courses at no cost.  Courses run for six weeks and new sessions begin every month.  Use your library card to sign-up, or call your library to get a special job center code. 

Courses vary widely from Basic Computing & Advanced IT to Personal Development, Design, Health and Medical topics, Law and Legal, Teaching and Education, and Writing and Publishing, there is something for everyone!  For more details visit:  http://education.gale.com/l-burlingtonpl/

If you have an itch to stitch - crochet or knit - you are welcome to drop in.  Ages 13 through adult are welcome; no experience necessary.  Beginners should bring one pair of size 15 needles, long or short; two skeins of super bulky yarn; and a crochet hook, size I or J.
