The Burlington Public Library's Board is the governing body of the LibraryBoard meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of each month in the library, at 4:00 PM.

The eight members of the board are:

• Penny Torhorst, President, 
• Scott Johnson, Vice-President
• Yvonne Braunschwieg, Secretary
• Patricia Hoffman, School District Representative, Chair of Personnel Committee 
• Pat Hurley, Racine County Member
• Bridget Savaglia
• Steve Rauch, City Council Representative, Chair of Building and Grounds Committee
• Kay Pockat
• Dianne Boyle, Racine County Member
